Job summary

Forvis Mazars US is seeking a Manager to lead the Private Equity Value Creation team in Charlotte, overseeing finance and accounting transformation for PE sponsors and portfolio companies. You will improve operating models, strengthen processes, and build scalable infrastructure to support growth and exit readiness.

The role requires senior-level engagement leadership across R2R, O2C, P2P, and contollership, with focus on close, reporting, and working capital, plus experience with ERP/EPM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance transformation, accounting advisory, consulting, or related finance/accounting function.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes, including R2R, O2C, P2P, close, reporting, and working capital.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance and accounting assessments focused on scalability, reporting reliability, operational efficiency, and transaction readiness.
• Manage transformation initiatives spanning R2R, O2C, P2P, and controllership functions.
• Evaluate current state finance operating models and design future state processes aligned to growth objectives.
