Job summary

Qualifications

• J.D. and DC or NY Bar admission required (pending admission acceptable).
• Some knowledge of tax law via law school tax classes or tax experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to clients.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate and track tax portions of investor subscriptions and transfer documents.
• Collaborate with private equity sponsor clients in a client-facing capacity.
• Maintain attention to detail and deliver accurate tax-related analyses.
