Job summary

Troutman Pepper Locke LLP's Tax Practice is seeking an associate with 3–5 years of transactional tax experience to join its team in Washington, DC. The role includes work in fund formation, REITs, joint ventures, private equity, and other M&A.

Ideal candidates will have or be pursuing an LL.M. in taxation or significant tax coursework at the JD level. Law firm experience is preferred, but large accounting firm experience will also be considered. Three in-office days per week are required.

Qualifications

• Three to five years' transactional tax experience.
• LL.M. in taxation or substantial tax coursework preferred.
• Law firm experience preferred, big accounting firm experience considered.
