Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Minot, ND seeks a full-time Trainer to lead the PE@PF group fitness program and assist new members in achieving their goals with a simple workout plan. You will instruct proper equipment use and help members progress toward personal targets, while maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment.

The role emphasizes great customer service, dependable scheduling, and collaboration with the Club Manager to ensure smooth operations and member satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program and create a schedule.
• Consult with members on fitness goals and instruct proper equipment use.
• Develop creative ways to promote PE@PF sign-ups.
• Create bi-weekly exercise updates.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and traffic.
• Assist in front desk tasks (answer phones, check-in, new member sign-up, tours, update info).
• Respond to member questions timely and escalate as needed.
• Help maintain club cleanliness and appearance.
