Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness in Mankato, MN seeks an individual to run the PE@PF program and assist new members in achieving their fitness goals by designing a simple workout plan and instructing proper equipment use.

You will conduct sessions, consult with members on goals, promote class sign-ups, assist at the front desk with sign-ups and tours, and help maintain the club’s cleanliness and welcoming environment while delivering friendly, professional service.

• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member’s expectations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, including creating and following the schedule.
• Consult with members regarding their fitness goals and instruct them on how to use the equipment properly and safely.
• Creating creative and unique ways to promote PE@PF class sign-ups.
• Create bi-weekly updates consisting of a variety of exercises.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic.
• Assist in front desk related activities including: answering phones, checking members into the system, new member sign-up, tours and updating member information.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Team Lead, MIT or Club Manager as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
• Assist in cleanliness and appearance of club.
