Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness is seeking a dedicated fitness trainer to lead the PE@PF program on-site. You will guide members toward their goals, design simple workouts, and ensure safe use of equipment.

Key duties include running classes, engaging new members, promoting sign-ups, and assisting at the front desk while maintaining a clean club environment. Great customer service and reliable presence are essential.

Qualifications

• Certified fitness trainer with current certification.
• Honesty, strong work ethic and reliability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Punctual, organized and able to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Run PE@PF classes and create/adhere to schedule.
• Consult with members on fitness goals.
• Instruct proper and safe equipment use.
• Promote class sign-ups and bi-weekly updates.
• Assist at front desk and welcome members.
• Maintain club cleanliness and appearance.
