Job summary

Crowe's Performance Improvement team seeks an Operations Manager to lead and implement value-creation and performance-improvement initiatives for portfolio companies. You will analyze operations, coordinate with client teams, and deliver executive-ready findings across client sites in the U.S.

and beyond. The role requires five years in operations management, strong analytical skills in Excel, and experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; Master’s degree is advantageous.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in operations management (manufacturing/Lean Six Sigma/continuous improvement, supply chain, SIOP).
• Willingness to travel Sunday evening to Thursday evening weekly.

Responsibilities

• Engage with private equity firms and corporate leaders to analyze and execute value-creation strategies and operational improvement initiatives.
• Work in a client-facing role; engage with client teams to uncover synergy and functional area solutions; execute deal strategies and performance improvement.
• Leverage a holistic approach to identify business improvement opportunities, develop solutions, manage initiatives, and assemble required resources.
• Communicate professionally with executive-level deliverables to support client decision-makers.
• Deliver results in a high-visibility role on-site at clients across the U.S. and possibly internationally.
• Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and Performance Improvement tools to enhance productivity and reduce operating costs.
