Job summary

Crowe's Performance Improvement group in the Advisory practice seeks an Operations Consulting Manager to drive operational transformation. You will analyze operations, finance, and processes, develop strategies, reengineer processes, and model improvements using LEAN/Six Sigma methods.

The role involves delivering actionable plans, coaching project champions, and leading initiatives that enhance profitability and efficiency. Expect travel and a hybrid work arrangement in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a relevant field.
Minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing operations and/or consulting experience.
Willingness to travel Sunday evening to Thursday evening, weekly.
Self-starter with initiative and ownership; proven results in dynamic environments.
Ability to build and foster a team-oriented environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Perform assessments through operational and shop-floor observations and analyze financial opportunities.
Develop and deploy internal controls and dashboards per regulations and client needs.
Lead continuous process improvement initiatives and train Project Champions.
Deliver scope on time and within budget while guiding teams.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma and performance improvement tools to reduce costs and boost productivity.
