Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Senior Consultant in its Transaction Advisory Performance Improvement practice to lead and implement operational excellence initiatives for portfolio companies. You will analyze EBITDA, synergies, and enterprise value capture while collaborating with private equity clients and corporate teams.

The role emphasizes client-facing delivery, cross-functional leadership, and hands-on execution of productivity improvements, including Lean and Six Sigma tools, with travel to client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field is required; Master’s is advantageous.
• Minimum of two years of total relevant experience in operations management (lean/continuous improvement).
• Experience with Private Equity clients/firms (M&A) is a plus, especially in Manufacturing & Distribution.
• Advanced analytical skills with MS Excel; Power BI or Tableau experience is a plus.
• Must be willing to travel Sunday evening to Thursday evening, weekly.

Responsibilities

• Engage with private equity firms and corporate leaders to analyze and execute value-creation strategies and operational improvement initiatives
• Work in a client-facing role, engage with client teams to uncover synergy and functional area solutions; execute deal strategies and performance improvement
• Utilize a holistic approach to identify business improvement opportunities, develop solutions, manage initiatives, and identify resources and disciplines needed to execute
• Communicate professionally, including executive-level deliverables to support client decision-makers
• Deliver results in a high-visibility role on-site at our clients across the U.S. and possibly internationally
• Leverage Lean, Six Sigma, and Performance Improvement tools to enhance productivity
• Remain adaptable, independent, and ready to tackle new challenges to drive client success
