Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• PE license in Louisiana is required or strongly preferred.
• Experience managing municipal/public works projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Liaise between clients, contractors, and internal design teams.
• Review plans for constructability and compliance.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance on site.
