Job summary

MECO is seeking a Civil Project Manager with a PE license to lead complex civil engineering projects across Water/Wastewater, Land Development, and Municipal Services. The role requires strong leadership, technical background, and client-team management, with 6+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• PE license required; 6+ years civil engineering experience.
• Experience managing projects from concept to completion.
• Experience in water/wastewater, land development, or municipal services.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Project, Bluebeam.
• Strong leadership and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple civil projects from planning to construction oversight.
• Act as primary client, consultant, and public agency contact.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and scopes to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including engineers, CAD designers, subconsultants, and construction personnel.
• Review and approve plans, specs, reports, and other technical docs.
• Support business development through proposals and client presentations.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff and foster collaboration.
• Monitor project risks and resource allocation.
