Qualifications

• Must hold Professional Engineer (PE) license in Civil Engineering.
• 4+ years of civil engineering design experience.
• Experience with site development and stormwater management.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills; ability to mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor civil design staff through project phases.
• Develop practical, efficient, and constructible civil designs.
• Coordinate with agencies, clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure designs meet codes, regulations, and Jackola quality standards.
• Contribute to business development through proposals and client presentations.
