Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced private equity senior associates to train an AI model on professional presentations and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across investment committee memos, LBO outputs, and portfolio reviews on a flexible 5–20 hour weekly schedule.

Fully remote with ASAP start, compensation at $100 per hour, and a focus on precision, clarity, and high‑quality storytelling for critical investment discussions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a deal‑facing role at a private equity fund.
• Strong expertise in IC materials, portfolio reporting, and investment storylines.
• Expert‑level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create AI‑generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Evaluate and refine AI‑generated presentations.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of presentations for investment committee memos, LBO models, portfolio reviews, 100‑day plans, LP reporting, and exit preparations.
