Job summary

Ethos is seeking a deal team associate to help train an AI language model on professional presentation tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated slide decks for investment memos, LBO outputs, and portfolio reviews.

This remote, flexible role offers $100 per hour for 5-20 hours per week, with ASAP start. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a private equity deal-facing role and exceptional PowerPoint craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a deal-facing role at a private equity fund.
• Strong expertise in IC materials, portfolio reporting, and investment storylines.
• Excellent written communication and meticulous slide craft.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated investment memos and decks.
• Prepare IC memos and decks, LBO outputs, and portfolio review materials.
• Develop 100-day plan decks and LP reporting materials; assist with exit preparation decks.
