Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced private equity professionals to help train an AI model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. The role focuses on associating or VP-level work, delivering high-quality IC memos, LBO outputs, portfolio reviews, and LP materials through flexible remote engagement.

Location is fully remote with 5-20 hours per week, ASAP start. Requires 3+ years in a deal-facing PE role and expert PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a deal-facing role at a private equity fund.
• Strong expertise in IC materials, portfolio reporting, and investment storylines.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for core workflows (investment committee memos and decks, LBO model output pages).
• Prepare portfolio review presentations and 100-day plan decks.
• Develop LP reporting materials and exit preparation decks.
