Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking an Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician with no experience required. Training is provided at the outset, followed by a phased compensation plan combining hourly pay and commissions as you build your customer base.

As you advance, earnings are uncapped with long‑term potential. The starting wage is $21.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and perks including a company vehicle and tools allowance. Travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Toughness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair dents using Dent Wizard's PDR process.
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.
