Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician in the United States. No experience is required as training is provided; compensation starts during training and moves to commission-based pay as you gain customers. Long-term earning potential ranges from $60,000 to $150,000+ with uncapped commissions.

You will travel to customer locations or work at a site, communicate with clients, and build lasting relationships while developing a specialized skill set.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard's proprietary PDR process.
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.
