PDQ Restaurants is hiring Fast Casual Restaurant Managers to lead front and heart of the house operations. You will assist the Operating Director, guide shifts to meet goals, and ensure guests’ expectations are exceeded.

The role requires 1+ year of restaurant management or 3+ years as a shift leader, hands-on kitchen experience, and experience hiring and training hourly staff. Fast Casual experience is preferred, with a focus on a fair, respectful team culture.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of Restaurant Manager experience or 3+ years as a Shift Leader
• At least 1 year of hands on Kitchen experience (preferably in a leadership role)
• Fast Casual experience preferred
• Experience hiring & training hourly team members
• GM experience is helpful but not required

Aufgaben

• Assist Operating Director with direction and training to exceed Guests' expectations
• Ensure Team Members are treated fairly and shifts meet business goals
• Be proficient in all kitchen aspects and manage Front and Heart of the House operations
• Operate the business according to PDQ standards
• Foster a diverse, safe, harassment-free culture for Team Members
