Job summary

PDQ is seeking a Restaurant Manager for our Florida location to lead the team and ensure Guests are served quickly, warmly and consistently. You will guide both Front and Heart of the House operations, coaching staff to uphold PDQ standards and delivering memorable guest experiences.

Successful candidates will have 2+ years in similar quick-service roles, with strong people skills, the ability to read P&L statements, and a passion for coaching teams toward excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in roles such as shift manager or assistant restaurant manager in quick service environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front and Heart of the House operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Oversee scheduling and running shifts for Team Members.
• Manage product ordering and receiving.
• Coach and develop Team Members while recognizing performance and effort.
• Ensure adherence to PDQ standards and policies.
