Qualifications

• 2+ years as a restaurant manager or in RM/AM roles.
• Experience in fast casual environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead front and heart-of-the-house operations to exceed guest expectations.
• Hire, train and coach team members for quality service.
• Oversee ordering, receiving, and inventory control.
• Schedule shifts and manage labor efficiently.
