Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience within baseball and a passion for the sport.
• Strong organizational, logistical, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Drive, and Adobe programs.
• Interest in sports science and player development.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication.
• Willing to travel to USA Baseball events across the U.S.
• Relocate to the Durham/Cary, NC area for the duration of the internship.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and execution of PDP events, including athletic assessments.
• Travel domestically to regional and national events to support operations.
• Collect and analyze performance data using technology (OptoJump, RightEye, Vision, VALD, Rapsodo, TrackMan).
• Provide insights to athletes, coaches, and scouts on assessment data.
• Support post-event data aggregation and analysis for athlete development.
• Identify areas for program growth and data-management enhancements.
