Responsibilities

• Assist in executing accounting policies and procedures to ensure accurate financial tracking.
• Help design and implement record-keeping systems and internal controls.
• Log accounting entries and work with financial software platforms.
• Support accounts payable and receivable operations for timely workflows.
• Contribute to merchandise, ticketing, and inventory reconciliation.
• Travel to Arizona to oversee on-site financial operations during the National Team Championships.
• Oversee financial operations at events hosted at the National Training Complex in Cary, NC.
• Support additional USA Baseball events and cross-department initiatives.
