Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Development Process Engineer to join our hardware product development efforts. You will work with design, product development, tools, and training teams to define and maintain process strategies within the PDP framework.
You will act as a technical and process expert, ensuring robust design standards and mature processes across programs, and partnering with engineering leadership on best-practice design, testing, and qualification gates.

Anduril’s Product Development Process (PDP) team is seeking a Product development process engineer to join our organization to support hardware product development. This role will work with our broader Engineering and Production team to ensure we are architecting robust and adaptable processes for our growing hardware product portfolio.
As a Product Development Process Engineer at Anduril, you will work within the product development organization to help develop and maintain process strategies for the design and development workflows. You will work cross-functionally with design, product development, tools development, and training teams to ensure our process is designed and accessible by the various engineering teams. You will serve as a critical technical expert and process expert on design and product maturity best practices.
US Salary Range
$166,000 - $220,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
