Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Design Product Manager to drive the design-to-manufacturing pipeline for its Industrial Design team. The role requires deep hardware product development knowledge and a passion for turning concepts into tangible products.

The candidate will coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and Logistics, maintaining design documentation and a global, cross-functional collaboration mindset. On-site in Costa Mesa is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a project or product manager in hardware management.
• Deep understanding of industrial design and design for manufacturing.
• Experience with engineering teams and hardware product development.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Industrial Design and manufacturing leads.
• Track hardware development lifecycles across business lines.
• Develop a synchronous DFM roadmap across hardware portfolio.
• Implement design requirements across Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
• Update internal documentation on design mechanics.
• Coordinate asset delivery internally and externally.
