Qualifications

• Experience applying the PDCA cycle for process improvement.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and their implementation.
• Ability to analyze processes to ensure alignment with structural and organizational goals.
• Experience with ISO 9001 standards and QMS/GMP compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage process improvement initiatives using the PDCA cycle to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across departments.
• Coordinate efforts with Engineering and Operations for GMP and QMS systems and serve as a lead auditor for these systems.
• Follow and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and quality in operations.
• Evaluate tasks and processes to determine alignment with organizational structure and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans to address them.
• Monitor process performance and generate reports to track progress and outcomes.
• Assist in the development and documentation of SOPs to support standardization efforts.
• Support the Quality Management System (QMS) and help ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
