Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator in the Configuration department to monitor and improve processes across production labs and logistics facilities. The QA Coordinator will investigate incident reports, customer complaints and other issues as requested, and must communicate and train staff to implement updates.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to assess workflows and drive improvements in quality, efficiency, or safety.
• Ability to investigate incidents and develop effective corrective actions.
• Experience using Excel or similar tools to analyze trends and translate data for leadership.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support audit readiness across departments.
• Present findings clearly and influence cross-functional teams to adopt improvements.
• Track corrective actions through completion and verify effectiveness.
• Create standardized work instructions and drive adoption through training.

Responsibilities

• Works with all departments to ensure quality throughout the product and service lifecycle.
• Performs internal audits of quality incident investigations of processes and procedures through independent assessment.
• Utilizes reports and data to identify systemic performance issues, trends and anomalies.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement to reduce risk and improve delivery, efficiency, and safety.
• Manages corrective action process including root cause analysis to ensure corrective solutions are implemented with verification of effectiveness.
• Document the outcomes of quality incident investigations and audits.
• Reports outcomes to management at regularly cadenced meetings.
• Acts as a consultant to staff in achieving organizational quality, safety, and sustainability goals.
