Job summary

Amplify is seeking full-time Professional Development Strategists with a background in teaching, coaching, and school leadership to join our regional PD teams and advance educators and students.

You will design and deliver tailored professional learning experiences for district and school partners, focusing on STEM with literacy support as needed. Travel averages 20%, up to 40% per year, and you’ll work with Customer Success, Sales, and product teams to drive adoption and capacity building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of K–8 classroom teaching experience, preferably in STEM.
• Experience designing and delivering professional learning for educator adoption.
• Experience managing large-scale education projects from discovery through delivery, including planning, budgeting, timeline management.
• Strong project and time management; ability to manage multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite professional development, coaching, and data analysis support.
• Design tailored session materials, coaching tools, implementation resources, and follow-up supports.
• Lead district-wide program reviews and advise district leaders on pedagogy and change management.
• Analyze participant feedback, implementation data, and input from PLSs to inform recommendations.
• Travel is required: 20% on average, up to 40% throughout the year.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and internal teams to deliver high-quality PD experiences.
