Job summary

Amplify is seeking a Specialist, PD Design, Assessment, Supplementals, and Intervention to join our Professional Development team for a one-year fixed-term assignment. This role requires a background in teaching, coaching, school leadership, and PD design with assessment expertise.

You will design engaging learning experiences across formats, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help implement training that improves literacy, math, and science outcomes for teachers and students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of PreK-12 classroom teaching experience.
• At least 2+ years designing and facilitating PD for PreK-12 educators, in person and online.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and applying them to PD design.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Identify project risks and recommend solutions.
• Report on project outcomes to leadership.
• Ensure quality control across deliverables per guidelines.
• Collaborate with teams to develop and deliver training programs.
