Job summary

Amplify is seeking full-time Professional Development Strategists to join regional PD teams and drive tailored professional development for STEM and literacy initiatives. You will design and deliver learning experiences for districts, partnering with Customer Success and Sales teams.

The role emphasizes instructional design, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with districts, schools, and Amplify product teams. Travel and regional collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of K–8 classroom teaching experience, preferably in STEM.
• Expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and implementation for professional learning.
• Experience managing large-scale education and custom design projects, including planning and budgeting.
• Strong project and time management skills for multiple concurrent engagements.
• Proficiency with technology integration in professional learning and classrooms.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other productivity tools.
• Ability to travel regionally and nationally; must meet travel and vaccination policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional leadership and teams to deliver high-quality PD experiences.
• Co-design training materials with district leaders reflecting local context and needs.
• Lead scoping and project management of custom PD engagements from discovery to delivery.
• Develop multi-year district-wide PD strategies and implementation plans.
• Balance customization with scalable, high-quality solutions aligned to Amplify's learning models.
• Travel up to 40% as required, coordinating with stakeholders and teams.
