Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of PCU nursing experience within past 4 years.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• Current AHA ACLS certification.
• QuantiFERON-TB Gold test within past 12 months.
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and monitoring patient conditions in PCU settings.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes.
• Administering medications and IV therapies as ordered.
• Documenting care and updating EMR accurately.
• Collaborating with physicians and care teams.
• Educating patients and families about care plans.
