Incredible Health is hiring for a Registered Nurse - PCU/Stepdown in Muskegon, MI. This role focuses on patients with medium to high acuity needs, requiring accurate administration of complex treatments and close collaboration with the care team. Night shifts are available, with full-time, part-time, and per diem options.

Qualifications include ADN or higher, active RN license, BLS/ACLS, and strong hemodynamic monitoring. EMR proficiency and experience in stepdown settings are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required
• Active and unencumbered RN license
• 1 year experience in stepdown/neurology/cardiac or similar acuity setting preferred
• BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Proficient in EMR systems
• Strong hemodynamic monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for medium to high acuity patients, monitor vital signs and IV drips
• Administer medications and complex treatment plans with accuracy
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, case managers and other staff
• Educate patients and families on management of acute or chronic conditions and device use
• Maintain timely, accurate patient records per hospital policies
