Incredible Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the PCU/Stepdown in El Paso, TX. The role focuses on caring for medium to high acuity patients, including cardiac and neuro cases. Shift options include day, night, and mid shifts with full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities.

Applicants should have ADN or higher, an active RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications. Strong EMR skills and ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team are essential.

Qualifications

• ADN required or higher in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1 year stepdown/progressive, neurology or cardiac experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA.
• Strong ability in hemodynamic monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation.
• Proficient in EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for medium to high acuity patients, monitoring vital signs and IV drips.
• Administer medications and execute complex treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, case managers and other staff.
• Educate patients and families on management of acute or chronic conditions and equipment use.
• Maintain accurate patient records per hospital policies.
