Incredible Health is actively hiring for a Registered Nurse - PCU/Stepdown in Nogales, AZ. Join a hospital setting with opportunities across bariatric, neurology, cardiac and high-acuity care teams. Day shifts are available, with full-time, part-time and per diem roles.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1 year in stepdown/neurology/cardiac or similar high-acuity setting preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for medium to high acuity patients, monitor vitals, IV drips and indicators.
• Administer medications and execute complex treatment plans per orders.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers and other staff for optimal patient care.
• Educate patients and families on managing acute or chronic conditions and use of equipment like BiPAP/CPAP and monitors.
• Maintain timely and accurate patient records per hospital policies.
