Incredible Health is hiring an Registered Nurse for the PCU/Stepdown in Fort Meade, FL. Multiple shifts and full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities are available. The role emphasizes high acuity care, BPM monitoring, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Required ADN or higher, active RN license, BLS and ACLS; 1 year in stepdown or related high-acuity areas is preferred. EMR proficiency and cardiac care skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (ADN) or higher in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1 year of experience in stepdown/progressive, neurology, cardiac, or another medium to high acuity setting preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Strong skills in hemodynamic monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for medium to high acuity patients with close monitoring of vital signs and IV drips.
• Administer medications and implement complex treatment plans with accurate orders.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, case managers and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Educate patients and families on management of acute or chronic conditions and proper use of monitoring equipment.
• Maintain accurate patient records in line with hospital policies.
