The role emphasizes hemodynamic monitoring, IV drips, and collaboration with physicians, therapists, and case managers to deliver optimal outcomes. Active RN license, ADN or higher, and BLS/ACLS are required.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1 year experience in stepdown/progressive, neurology, cardiac, or similar.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Strong skills in hemodynamic monitoring and rhythm interpretation.
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for medium to high acuity patients with vigilant monitoring.
• Administer medications and execute complex treatment plans accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers to ensure optimal care.
• Educate patients and families on management and equipment use (BiPAP/CPAP/Home Oxygen).
• Maintain accurate patient records following policies and regulations.
