AdventHealth in Zephyrhills, FL seeks a Registered Nurse for night shift to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting.

You will perform assessments, collaborate with the care team, ensure safe handoffs, and support patient flow through the unit while upholding standards.

Active RN license in Florida and preferred acute care experience are required or preferred to join our ministry of healing.

Qualifications

• RN with acute care experience is preferred.
• Must hold an active nursing license in Florida.
• Ability to work night shifts and handle high-stress situations.

Responsabilités

• Conducts initial patient assessments within expected timeframes and initiates consults as needed.
• Collects comprehensive data for patient health and unit improvement initiatives.
• Maintains safety and regulatory standards in all nursing activities.
• Ensures safe and effective handoff communications between caregivers.
• Collaborates with coworkers and other departments to manage patient flow and timely placement.
• Participates in hourly rounding using the AIDET technique to improve patient outcomes.
• Delivers care with Caring Model practices and culturally competent approach.
