Qualifications

• Proficient critical care nursing abilities and strong critical thinking.
• Good communication skills with patients, families and team.
• Basic computer skills for charting and orders.
• Hourly rounding with AIDET technique.
• RN licensure in Florida or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings.
• Initiate referrals and consults as needed to support patient care.
• Ensure safe handoffs between shifts with clear communication.
• Provide bedside care following unit protocols and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the care team to optimize patient flow and outcomes.
