Job summary
AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking a registered nurse to join our acute care team. The role offers day shifts (7:00am–7:00pm), full-time hours, and opportunities to advance through our Clinical Ladder.

Qualifications
- RN license required and BLS certification.
- 1+ year of acute care hospital experience preferred.
- English literacy and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental and lifestyle factors.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans and revise as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments and self-care.
- Coordinate with medical staff and departments to optimize care.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record.
