Qualifications

• Minimum RN license and in-depth nursing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physical and psychosocial domains.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans per standards of care.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per orders.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff and other departments to optimize care.
• Document care activities, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
