Job summary
AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. Grow with us as you provide comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing required.
- Registered Nurse license in Florida (RN) required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- 1+ year in acute care setting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, evaluating and revising as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately following physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care.
- Collaborate with medical staff and departments to coordinate and optimize patient care.
