KARIER is seeking a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, on-site role in Montana. This position emphasizes excellent nurse-to-patient ratios, strong teamwork, and supportive administration in a dynamic hospital setting.

The RN will provide direct care for stable and select unstable patients, coordinate care across disciplines, and serve as a clinical leader on the floor while precepting newer staff. A BSN is preferred but ADN acceptable with license active.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active Montana RN license (or compact eligibility).
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (or obtained within 6 months).
• Recent PCU/ICU or progressive care experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide specialized nursing care to PCU patients on an advanced medical/surgical unit.
• Manage diverse patient populations including post-procedure and complex cases.
• Monitor patients and respond to deterioration with rapid interventions.
• Operate advanced medical equipment and titration IV pumps.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from admission to discharge.
• Support floor leadership and mentor LPNs/CNAs.
