Job summary

Premiere Healthcare Staffing seeks a Registered Nurse for the PCU in Redding, CA. Night shifts available, 4-week assignment, pay $111 per hour with up to $1,554 daily gross per shift, and a focus on safe patient care.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, educate patients and families, supervise staff, monitor telemetry, and communicate changes with physicians. California licensing and active BLS/ACLS are required; PCU experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in California.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• ACLS certification required upon hire.
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation required upon hire.
• Minimum one year of PCU experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, direct patient care.
• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care.
• Educates patients and families.
• Supervises and supports nursing staff.
• Monitors patient status and telemetry.
• Communicates clinical changes to physicians.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

• Current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.

• Current ACLS certificate required upon hire and maintain current.
• Previous one year of PCU experience required.

Pay Transparency

Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $110.00. This compensation estimate is specific to California and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
