Job summary

Premiere Healthcare Staffing seeks a Registered Nurse for a Telemetry Unit in California. You will deliver safe patient care using the nursing process and lead patient/family teaching while coordinating with other nursing staff.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and at least 1 year of experience. Per Diem (PRN) shifts are available, with start ASAP and shifts across days or nights.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• Previous 1 year of experience required.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice. The Registered Nurse also directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care in Telemetry Unit. The Registered Nurse is directly responsible and accountable for the care given to their assigned patients. They communicate with the physician about changes in the patient’s clinical condition including cardiac monitoring, results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment.

Pay Transparency

Premiere Healthcare Staffing provides competitive compensation. The reasonable pay estimate for this position is $75.00–$85.00 per hour, applicable to California residents. This estimate has not been adjusted for other locations. The actual compensation offered will be based on several factors, including skill level, relevant experience, education, certifications, and licensure.
