Job summary

Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 12-week assignment in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Telemetry in California's Redding facility. Shifts include days and nights with ASAP start, and per diem options are available.

The role requires 1 year of nursing experience, a current RN license, BLS, ACLS, and basic arrhythmia interpretation within 30 days of hire. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice. The Registered Nurse also directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care in Telemetry Unit. The Registered Nurse is directly responsible and accountable for the care given to their assigned patients. They communicate with the physician about changes in the patient’s clinical condition including cardiac monitoring, results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment.

Pay Transparency

Premiere Healthcare Staffing provides competitive compensation. The reasonable pay estimate for this position is $75.00–$85.00 per hour, applicable to California residents. This estimate has not been adjusted for other locations. The actual compensation offered will be based on several factors, including skill level, relevant experience, education, certifications, and licensure.
