You will partner with nursing leadership, Clinical Education, Workforce Development, HumanResources, and other stakeholders to drive participation and advancement aligned with facility goals.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate / GED required
• Associates degree in Healthcare, business, leadership, education, nursing or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in progressive acute care, healthcare operations, or clinical support required
• 5+ years experience in workforce development, onboarding, retention, or process improvement preferred
• BLS certification required
• Current employment as a PCT or previous PCT experience is required

Responsibilities

• The PCT Operations Manager leads the PCT workforce engagement, development, onboarding support, and retention strategies.
• Collaborates with nursing leadership, Clinical Education, Workforce Development, HumanResources, and other stakeholders.
• Uses workforce insights and program metrics to drive participation and advancement.
