Qualifications

- Associate's degree in Healthcare, business, leadership, education, nursing or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in progressive acute care, healthcare operations, or clinical support are required.
- 5+ years of experience in workforce development, onboarding, retention, or process improvement preferred.
- BLS certification required.
Responsibilities
- Manages the PCT workforce program across the facility, ensuring engagement, development, retention, and career advancement strategies.
- Builds a competitive PCT workforce through engaging and retaining talent and supporting professional growth.
- Oversees career pathway initiatives including coaching, mentoring, and succession planning for PCTs.
