Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Community Liaison for Personal Care Services in the Lake Forest area. The role is full-time, on-site, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with a salary range of $50k–$55k plus bonus opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), and 1+ year of liaison/account management experience, preferably with home care background. You will engage in community education and referrals within an assigned territory.

Qualifications

• One or more years’ experience as a Community Liaison or Account Manager preferred.
• Home Care/Home Health background preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Drive brand awareness and community education within an assigned territory.
• Achieve referral and recruiting objectives.
• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with managed care accounts and referral sources.
• Collaborate with community leaders to build strong, positive partnerships.
• Support long-term profitable growth of PCS.
• Position AccentCare as the local subject matter expert on Personal Care Services.
• Visit prospective clients and their families who have recently inquired about our services.
