Qualifications

• Interpretation of engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Proficient with hand tools, torque wrenches, and precision measuring instruments.
• Experience in cleanroom or controlled environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems and safe handling of flight hardware.
• Strong attention to detail and procedural documentation.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and integrate complex mechanical and electromechanical systems per drawings and procedures.
• Perform fit checks, torque applications, and precise alignments.
• Assist with electrical/mechanical integration, cabling, and subsystem mating.
• Support functional and environmental testing under direction.
• Document build steps and test data accurately.
• Identify non-conformances, support rework, and troubleshoot.
