Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; 1+ year manufacturing/process experience.
• Experience with SMT, PCB design/layout or reliability design.

Responsibilities

• Process engineering for PCBA manufacturing in Starlink hardware.
• Manage new product introduction of PCBA assemblies and drive DFM feedback.
• Design line layouts, tooling, and work with design engineers.
• Automate high-reliability manufacturing processes for autonomous production.
• Drive yield improvement and process control in volume PCBA production.
• Maintain work instructions, process docs, and training materials.
