Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead PCBA manufacturing process for Starlink hardware.
• Manage new product introductions and equipment qualification.
• Design line layout and tooling; provide DFM feedback.
• Identify opportunities to optimize yield and cost of manufacturability.
• Drive production-focused MES, nonconforming product management, and traceability.
• Maintain work instructions, process docs, and training materials.
